INCUMBENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO FORM RESOURCE MANAGEMENT GROUP FOR ACHIEVING OPTIMAL UTILISATION OF MANPOWER AND COMPUTING RESOURCES FOR BOTH TECHNICAL AND HR PROFESSIONALS. SHOULD VISUALISE HUMAN RESOURCES FACILITATION FOR BUILDING POC (PEOPLE ORIENTED COMPANY). ESTABLISH T&M CENTRE CONSISTING OF SOFTWARE PROFESSIONALS RECRUITED FOR OVERSEAS ASSIGNMENTS AND ENSURING RETENTION TILL SUCH TIME THEY LEFT FOR ABROAD. SOURCING OF CANDIDATES, DEVELOPING CONTACTS, INDEPENDENT PLANNING, BUDGETTING,FINALISING PAY STRUCTURE FOR SOFTWARE PROFESSIONALS.

PREFERABLY B.E.(ELECTRONICS) OR ANY POST GRADUATE, WITH SPECIALISATION IN HRD BACKED WITH 10-15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OUT OF WHICH APPROX.2-3 YEARS FROM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY. ANNUAL SALARY PACKAGE IN THE RANGE OF RS.5-6 LAKHS PLUS.

MANAGER (HRD) -

SIMILAR EXPOSURE AS DETAILED ABOVE WITH EXPERIENCE BETWEEN 5-10 YEARS AND 1-2 YEARS FROM SOFTWARE INDUSTRY. ANNUAL SALARY PACKAGE BETWEEN RS.2-3 LAKHS.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS

B.E./B.TECH/MCA WITH MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

IBM M/F : DB2, CICS, JCL, COBOL, MVS, IMS DB/DC, IDMS

GUI : VB, VC++, MFC, C++, POWER BUILDER

RDBMS : ORACLE DBA, ORACLE FINANCIALS, SYBASE DBA, INFORMIX, INGRESS

INTERNET : JAVA, HTML IBM AS/400
